Some time ago I had water damage on my ground floor. I ended up at Eemland via Parket tree. I was treated politely and professionally and a new floor was chosen so quickly! Once when replacing the floor, they discovered that there was still too much moisture in the foundation/concrete and the floor could not be fully laid until the foundation was dry enough. Eemland laid the floor to the point where the furniture could be placed again and the house was habitable again for the child and dog! Chill..!! They were also not difficult about a new appointment and were flexible! Today, after the foundation was dry, the rest of the floor was laid and neatly finished with the skirting boards. Very happy with the result and certainly an address that I would recommend and will remember for the next flooring job! Thanks Eemland and until next time!

Very disappointing experience with Eemland Vloeren / Parkettree Nederland B.V. When recording damage for my Interpolis insurance, I clearly indicated from the start that I wanted to have both my living room and my hallway repaired. During my visit to the showroom in Amersfoort, I was told that I did not have to pay for the installation of the hallway, because there was sufficient laminate available. I even indicated that I wanted to pay for it, but it was made light of. However, when the floor was laid, the hallway was completely skipped. I had specially arranged for someone to be at home, because I had to work myself. When I contacted me, I was told that the hallway could still be done, but now I had to pay for it in full. Because I had now ordered extra floor planks elsewhere (at a discount), I was then told that they no longer wanted to install it at all, because I had not purchased those planks through them. Ultimately I am left with an unfinished floor and have to arrange someone else myself. I am very disappointed in the course of events and the attitude of Mrs CvD in particular. I understand that there are some rules, but including your customer in the process and taking responsibility for what you yourself did not do well or what your colleague did not do well and a little empathy would not go amiss. This is not the service you expect, especially if other agreements were initially made. I also informed the insurance company, because it is of course fantastic if, as a company, you have such a deal with damage handling and every time you receive customers from an insurance company. But if I were to treat my customers this way, there would be little left. By the way, the guys who laid the floor did a fantastic job, I can't say anything else about that. But they don't belong to this case.

After water damage, a new floor had to be installed throughout the house a few months ago. First the positive aspects. 1. Communication was easy and very good. 2. I was well informed in the store and received a lot of advice to achieve a good floor, PVC parquet was chosen because of the convenience and it looked nice. 3. The person who came to install it was very nice, fast in his work and did an excellent job. Couldn't have wished for better. The result is a picture, everyone says. Unfortunately, there is also one negative point to report. 45m2 of floor costs quite a bit and why I give 4 stars and not 5 stars. Is because they didn't have a nice solution for neatly concealing the central heating pipes in the floor. Each central heating has cut-out squares around the pipes on the floor, see photo. A nice rosette of wood to size, preferably the same color, would have finished it off. Or something that looks like it. If so much money is being paid, then I think the finishing touches should be done. I bought 2 plastic rosettes to paint myself, but they didn't fit without sawing a bite out of one of them. I stopped there, too much hassle and not the experience and tools to do it properly, and the plastic wasn't really a pretty sight either. A small blemish on an otherwise beautiful floor. Would I buy there again next time? Definitely! Maybe I should talk about the finishing of the central heating pipes first.

In two days my laminate herringbone floor was laid by Evert and Johan, super neat and friendly men, everything I wanted to have neatly finished was solved, I am very happy with my floor! 👍🏼
