Don't let the recent fake, paid-for reviews fool you - this place is a joke. Walk, don't run, from doing business with Senso. My experience has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. Despite the beautiful showroom and glitzy sales pitch, the reality of my new flooring has been a ongoing (and continuing) ordeal. While the initial sales and installation seemed fine, problems surfaced immediately -- a large cosmetic defect appeared in a bedroom due to over-sanding (due to a unlevelled floor) and shoddy finishing work (around doors and windows as you can see from the photos) which is still unresolved to date. A year of back and forth, the attempted repair only worsened the situation, creating a noticeable patchwork effect. Then, a bubble developed in the hallway, leading to more extensive and unsuccessful repairs. Senso intially planned on reparing the floor correctly by removing and re-installing the downstairs - even providing 700 euros cash for me to move out during the renovation - that offer was quickly put on hold by the owner, David Bols. Mr Bols quickly shifted blame from his own organisation to the underfloor heating, demanding a costly (€1k, unpaid) independent assessment before proceeding. This assessment, however, confirmed Senso's negligence in failing to install the correct amount of levelling surface, something Senso was contracted to do. Of course, Mr. Bols will argue that it has been done, but if you look at photo number three you can see that is in fact, not present. If you read the report you can also see that this was the finding of the independent expert. Mr. Bols still disputes the findings, even attempting to force changes to the report for his benefit. The English version of the report is attached for context. Ultimately, Senso's reckless installation by blatantly ignoring building guidelines and pushing blame on everyone but themselves has left me with a floor requiring complete replacement less than two years after installation, a situation that has severely disrupted my renovation project. Note on the photos from left to right: 1) the first bubble, 2) the way my floor was left for approximately 8 months, 3) the dissection of my floor 4) the discolouration as a result of an absence of sufficient levelling compound 5) one example of the quality 'finished' look I got throughout my entire home and height difference from a lack of levelling compound to building code requirements.
