I'd like to share my experience with Parketmann, Inc. A few months ago, my floor was sanded and oiled by Parketmann. The inspection of the work went professionally and smoothly, and all details were clearly discussed, including the filling of several large open knots. It was a pleasant conversation, and everything instilled a great deal of confidence in the job. As a payment condition, I was asked to pay in cash upon completion. A day after the work was completed, I discovered that the open knots hadn't been filled. Since the floor was oiled, this couldn't be checked at the time of completion. I called immediately to discuss this, and they told me that this was always done afterward and that they would come back for it. Incidentally, this wasn't stated during the inspection. After several weeks of waiting and several messages, the matter still hadn't been resolved. I also hadn't received an invoice, which I had already called about. This invoice would be issued when the knots were filled. Two months later, after yet another reminder, I suddenly received an email stating that filling the knots wasn't part of the job and that because they would have to come back, I would be charged for the work and call-out fees. Furthermore, I still hadn't received an invoice. They kept giving new excuses for not sending it, ranging from the Christmas rush, the invoice being issued while the knots were being filled, or a broken printer, to "it can only be issued because it's a cash payment." After numerous phone calls, emails, and a lot of pressure from me, they have now filled the knots. The result is disappointing, as the surfaces have become very rough and haven't been sanded. I also received a PDF invoice, sent via an administrative assistant's private email address, bypassing the company email address I used for all other communication. In short, unnecessarily time-consuming communication, not 100% satisfied with the finish, and questionable regarding the billing.

Jamaris and his partner have done an excellent job. A varnished old oak floor has risen from the dust after 16 years as a beautiful oiled floor. Very pleased with the advice and the result!

De Parketman has installed a new PVC floor for us. Despite all the problems we had with installing our new underfloor heating, they installed a beautiful herringbone floor. This company really thinks along with the customer and ultimately provides a good and attractive solution. You really have mastered the craftsmanship. Thanks for the great service Jamaris and Kai.

The Parketmann company recently sanded and oiled our floor. It turned out really fantastic. The company works accurately and cleanly, and is very pleasant to work with! Highly recommended!

These guys installed PVC and high skirting boards throughout my house. Very neat, beautifully finished, and fast work. Professional and pleasant communication. A very good experience with this company.
