Very dissatisfied with the quality of the purchased floor and walls. The cast floor has now been repaired several times. The floor is now smooth, but ugly pieces remain. The finish of the walls is terrible. The water soaks up (causing water spots) and the corners are very poorly finished (all the “dirt” remains). Now, 1.5 years after installation, we can have the bathroom completely redone. Outrageous for the amount you pay for it and I do not recommend this company. I will add photos.

We hebben recent een gietvloer aan laten brengen en zijn uitermate tevreden over het resultaat. Het zat wat tegen toen de eerste gietlaag niet goed bleek te zijn. Coaton heeft alles uit de kast gehaald om dit snel en vakkundig op te lossen en daar zijn ze zeer in geslaagd. De vloer ligt er prachtig in, heeft een kleine nuance in de grijstinten en een mooie matte toplaag gekregen, precies zoals wij het hebben wilden. Dank!

very unprofessional company. If you have a question, they say you can email. If you email directly and then call 3 days later, you will be told that that person is spontaneously not present. This does not happen once but has happened several times. they sell it in a certain way, but afterwards things turned out differently. they blame you as a customer because I didn't listen carefully. Now I just hope that if something happens they will provide some kind of warranty, but I have no confidence in that either. If I could give even fewer stars I would. Unfortunately we received some damage to the floor, so we returned to this club. They have indicated that it can be repaired, but that there may be some difference in color and such. for our agreement. At the end of the work you can still see the scratches. we are not satisfied with this. when you email about it they say it is our own problem because they said so. I'm asking for differences, not to leave a defective floor how you found it!!

Seams in basement sealed to fix leaks. When the measures taken were immediately abandoned at the next high tide, 4 years later. After an initial visit, the cause would be investigated, but nothing was heard until after repeated telephone calls and emails, the warranty was as good as expired. Furthermore, no responsibility whatsoever for the work performed
