Because our contractor went bankrupt just before starting the job, we were urgently looking for a new party to remove the load-bearing wall and pour a new floor with underfloor heating. VBH was able to start within two weeks. Communication with VBH is smooth and fast. "Floors from A to Z" is their motto. Because we ordered a PVC floor from a local entrepreneur, VBH arranged the floor from A to Y for us. What professional guys, laughed with the guys, gave good tips, and easily put the chisel in the fireplace. Demolition can be easy, but demolition with care is an art. VBH did it. The holes that arose because the screed was very thin (cannot be predicted) were neatly filled and repaired without grumbling. The underfloor heating was laid at a breakneck pace and finally the sand cement screed (external company) was in place in 2.5 hours. Yes, a considerable investment, but when the underfloor heating can be turned on, it will have been worth EVERY euro to me. Jordy, easy and quickly accessible, who called back politely to give a thorough answer to my questions. Top company and if you have doubts, they have (almost) everything in-house, so you do business with 1 company so you are not dependent on different companies. Ideal if you have a major renovation planned.
