The company has no problem finishing the job. But they are not a company that can do projects. As everyone knows, there is a loss in this type of work. But if this loss exceeds 10%, it shows that the measurements are not taken properly. 22 packages were used where 17 packages should have been used and we had to pay for it.

For our business premises in Bergschenhoek we were looking for a professional partner to have the floor replaced with a combination of carpet tiles and PVC (including leveling). Matrix Project Floors turned out to be the right choice for this. They carefully advised and guided us from start to finish, which resulted in a beautiful end result. The rubber floor was laid without leveling; delivered with relief, seams and full of stains. The floor was therefore not delivered according to the guidelines of the manufacturer NORA. The approach is unfriendly to customers, full of contempt and agreements are not kept.
