Coat-it Kunststofvloeren B.V.

Placed two large orders with Coat-It in the summer of 2023. A marble stone floor via a subcontractor (really turned out great!) and a Sichtbeton wall in my entire home (3 floors) for more than 5,000 euros. This wall was installed by a subcontractor, with mixed results. The first rooms were flat and as expected, the last rooms/areas clearly hastily and sloppily applied, many bumps and crumbling edges. The result is far from the sleek surfaces as shown in the showroom. After completion, I had a lot of contact with Coat-It to ask if they wanted to assess the result of their subcontractor themselves, but that was always not possible (for all kinds of reasons). Many months later, someone from the Stone Age company finally came by and concluded that some parts of the wall had indeed been installed too hastily/messily and did not conform to Stone-Age's standard. Unfortunately I never heard anything from Coat-It or Stone Age again. Disappointing after-sales, and that for an order of more than 5000 Euro, unprofessional and poor entrepreneurship. I strongly advise against this company.

Team of pleasant people with expert knowledge and good advice. Think in possibilities and think along. We regularly came to check whether our walls were dry enough after plastering to place the concrete ciré. When the green light was given, everything was completed in no time. We are very satisfied with the beautiful end result and good communication.

Very pleasant and professional company with a Rotterdam approach. Clear and concise explanation in advance, perfect showroom and help in the showroom. We think along with you, everything is explained well in advance and the quotation is clear. We had both the walls and the floor done (including the garage), the result is even better than we thought. When installing the floors, the gentlemen explain all the steps neatly, take you along (if you want) in the work and work extremely neatly. We should have done this much sooner!

We purchased a PU cast floor in Rough Lead color from Coat-IT. From A (in the showroom) to Z (realization) it was a very nice contact. The people at Coat-it have a passion for their product and are extremely friendly, respond quickly and are extremely flexible. After the underfloor heating was milled, Coat-it immediately helped us with sealing and leveling. The cast floor has been laid neatly and tightly. I had a nice and familiar feeling during every phase of the floor installation.
