Update All open issues were closed, the owner took control and made sure it was sorted out. Original review After 15 months of waiting to get my open issues resolved, I have given up. We had a great experience buying the floor and stairs (an expensive order!), but the delivery, installation has been very difficult, and many things were not finished well. We trusted them by paying the whole amount early. While some open issues were resolved after one of the owners got involved, it’s disappointing that after so many months they can’t complete things that would probably take 1 hour!!

't Plankenhuis Haarlem recently installed a herringbone floor in my home, and I am extremely happy with the end result. From the first moment of contact I had a good feeling. They took the time to think about the right type of wood, color and laying pattern, and provided honest and expert advice. The performance itself went smoothly. The professionals who came to lay the floor were not only skilled, but also very friendly and pleasant to work with. They worked accurately and left everything tidy. We bought our wooden floor here. During both the first and second visits, we were well thought through in terms of quality, appearance, but also budget. Very helpful and items delivered on time. I counted too short and ended up a lot short. Can be delivered within a short time. I hope to do something with this floor for a while ;-) but will definitely come back for the next floor!
