This business is amazing! I cannot say enough about the the service they provide. I recently renovated my house, and had multiple mistakes from other contractors that accidentally damaged the floor. JKparketland came and fixed the damage at no charge. They are very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to put a new floor in their home.

TERRIBLE ! ! ! I would give 0 but 1 is the lowest possible rate. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT GO THERE - they are beginners and don't know what they are doing. After having agreed on a date and having payed 20% of the order (total of 10Keur worth of floor for 80m2) we were communicated 2 days before installation that 1. delivery date would have been postponed of 1 month (as you can imagine when you are relocating houses it's key to stick to taken commitments!!!) and 2. they asked us to pay an additional 25% of what already agreed in the contract!!! Nothing they say can be trusted. They have put in big trouble 4 young kids, the parents and the grandparents: they have created a big problem for us and now we need to deal with it, not them!!! Instead of being focused on the client, they are focused on getting more money from us!!! If you want to deal with professional people, STAY AWAY!!!

We are very satisfied with our experience with JK Parketland. From the first contact we were helped warmly. Nico was very friendly and really thought along with us about what would fit best in our situation, without pressuring us in any way. We really appreciated that. The communication was always fast and clear, and all agreements were met exactly. They were also very flexible with the planning, which allowed everything to be incorporated in a pleasant way. The floor was ultimately laid super by Jeroen, the result is beautiful. We therefore heartily recommend JK Parketland to anyone who is looking for a new floor!

Two weeks ago, the white floor that I had selected from JK Parketland was laid for me. I am extremely happy with it. Not only with the floor, but certainly also with the friendliness and care with which I was received by Mr Nico Engel. From the moment I entered the store and was spoken to by Mr Nico Engel until the installation, I was surprised by the service and the pleasant manner of consultation. I really appreciated the personal way of thinking along, answering my questions and especially the patient empathy for my questions. There is real care for the customer and individual wishes. All agreements were carefully made and adhered to. The friendly and interested way of communicating made me feel seen and heard as a customer. That gave me a lot of confidence, and that confidence was fulfilled. While Jeroen and Boey were laying the floor, I saw the professional but also relaxed way in which the work was done professionally and quickly and everything was delivered nice and clean. It is special to be helped in this way and to experience committed attention when purchasing a floor. Thank you!
