I only recommend this company if you want to pay too much and have your entire living room and kitchen in chaos for six months because of an improperly laid/finished floor and stairs! Gentlemen started in July and after 2 days of work they packed their things, closed the front door behind them and left everything behind. Without reporting anything. Solutions are only offered after months and ultimately not properly implemented! I went to this company with full confidence and quickly agreed to this job, without complaining about the price. Don't go looking elsewhere to see if you can get it cheaper! I have never felt so disadvantaged and I almost never write reviews, but I would like to save everyone from this! Still in the chaos!

I didn't have a great experience with this gentleman. He is great at attracting a customer. Then bad at communication. Just a not nice person!! He did not lay the floor himself but outsourced it, even though he pretends to have been in the business for 40 years, blah blah. We also had some disagreements about and during the execution, where he threatened to stop the work due to his short-sightedness. All very strange. The floor was laid well, but by a different company. I will choose another company from now on. In short, it is time for him to retire

Tracked down by Theo after damage due to leakage. Excellent contact, reasonable quote & good execution of both repair and sanding + varnishing of the entire floor. Highly recommended if you live in the Gooi and Eemland region!

I was able to pick up second-hand laminate flooring from Theo for free, provided I bought subfloors and skirting boards from him. In total I needed 80 m2. I was able to immediately take the 40 m2 for the attic with me. He said he would soon receive a second-hand cherry wood laminate floor that I could take over. This would be spacious enough for our first floor. I paid him over 400 euros, for 80 m2 including subfloor and skirting boards that is not a bad price The floor came in and I was allowed to take him in one of his vans. When I got home it turned out that the floor was not cherry wood, but consisted of 3 different types of floors with different colors. This cost me a lot of extra work and extra skirting boards. If he had said this in advance, nothing would have happened, I would have just waited for another floor or bought one myself. Because his bus broke down, he borrowed the bus from a friend of mine, which I was also allowed to borrow for a weekend for a move. I still needed 10 m2, Theo asked me if I wanted to come along to take out a floor somewhere, take what I needed with me and then take the bus home afterwards. I did this and took the bus back on Sunday evening. I drove it no more than 50 km, but I did not discuss with him a compensation that I would pay for the petrol, I should have done so. But I also thought it was good compensation for the help I had given. I had a lot of skirting boards left over because they were the wrong color. Theo said that if I had anything left, I could return it and I would get my money back. I had previously returned a subfloor that was still complete and assumed that skirting boards that were still complete could also be returned. The extra skirting boards I needed had arrived, and I wanted to pick them up and settle everything together. So the price of the new skirting boards - the returned skirting boards and the subfloor. But then it turned out that I couldn't get a refund for the skirting boards, while it was his fault that I couldn't do anything with those skirting boards because they were the wrong color. This annoyed me and I wanted to see if we could come to a compromise. But he got furious, pulled the skirting boards out of my hand, pushed me out of the shed and told me to get off his property. This is about tens of euros by the way, I would have liked to pay it afterwards, but I would have liked to know in advance what could and could not be returned. Later I indicated that I would like to talk it out and give him the money, I felt very bad about the whole situation. A week and a half later he called me and asked if I would like to delete this review. I was willing to do that, if we could talk it out calmly and I would get an apology from him, but he wanted nothing to do with me anymore and his only concern was that I delete this review. He threatened to defame me in my church if I didn't remove this.

I have a very pleasant experience with AV Parket. They installed an incredibly beautiful floor for us. They keep their agreements, are clear, accessible and open. Real professionals who deliver top quality.
