123floor heating has installed nice underfloor heating for us. Unfortunately it didn't work immediately, so the men came by to check a few things. It wasn't their job, so they finally left and turned up the pressure again. Then forgot to close the filling tap: the filling hose eventually failed due to the pressure, resulting in enormous water damage. Thousands of euros in costs and I immediately contacted 123 underfloor heating to make this known: this can of course happen and I was promised that as soon as the insurance came, it would simply be arranged. Since then we have been unable to make contact. The sporadic times I speak to someone I always get empty promises that they will look into it and that I will hear back. Phone calls and emails remain unanswered. In short: a great company, until something is wrong, then they don't care.

After many inquiries, 123floor heating was simply the only party that seriously answered my questions about low temperature heating, was able to immediately offer the right solution and also offered a good price. Clear quotation! They had to travel half the country with 3 people, but they arrived well on time, they kept working until everything was ready and then left everything tidy inside and cleaned everything outside (!), even the neighbors noticed how neatly it all went. Super satisfied with the result, hence this positive review, more than deserved! Highly recommended!

123 have underfloor heating milled hard tile floor. It was a hell of a job for the men as the floor and tiles were very hard. After laying the pipes, the floor was neatly sealed after first etching the floor for good adhesion. The men did a great job and left everything tidy. The underfloor heating works fine. I can recommend this company to everyone, honest quotation and clear communication.

We had the underfloor heating installed at the beginning of August. The three of us worked neatly and the floor was nicely leveled. Now that it has become rainy weather, we used the heating for the first time and discovered that the floor in 1 part of the house was not heated. We sent a message in the evening and the men were at our door the next morning to solve the problem. Turns out a few of the hoses weren't turned on. Of course they opened it neatly for us and yes, lovely warm feet everywhere. Thanks gentlemen! Service 10/10!
