very very bad service and do not fulfill their agreements !! Bought a tile from this company and turned out not to be square, contacted immediately took 2 days before someone came to look. After an agent from nibo stone had been there who also had a good understanding of the complaint, the misery started, nibo stone does not consider itself responsible for the damage incurred (hours of tiler (remove tiles and clean floor) after 2 days of glue, hard to do. Now they refuse to compensate for the damage incurred while we were promised this by e-mail and after 10 telephone calls after a long tug of war.As soon as they collected the old tiles, they did not honor their agreements and are not at home when the damage has to be paid. Never do business with this company!

Bought a floor at Nibo stone in Venlo at the beginning of this year. Advice and delivery went well. After we determined that there was a color difference in the delivered tiles, Nibo stone solved this without any problems and we also met the extra costs incurred. Now we have a very nice floor that we are very happy with every day.

Very professional and neatly helped with the choice of stones. Felt right away familiar and honest. Process went smoothly, everything was clearly explained. Tiles beautifully laid. Transport did not go entirely as agreed. We have a ramp at the driveway and the trucking company would take a ramp. Unfortunately, this did not happen, so our pallet of stones was left on the street. Fortunately it turned out okay in the end. All in all, I recommend nibo stone to everyone. They are open, honest and think along with you.

Great company, good service and beautiful tiles. Very helpful staff who keep to agreements and think along in solutions. We are very pleased with our new tile floor.
