Avoid them, they are rude and unprofessional

Two stars: the Comforpur floor was cast correctly and as agreed in the challenging corona period. Why not a higher rating? The aftercare for complications is disappointing and the response is late. In December 2022, a huge blister developed on the cast floor (see photo), which was only about two years old at the time. Water damage from a leak in the bathroom, Vloersch said. So no guarantee. An expert I hired called this incorrect and stated that the floor of the bathroom and that of the hallway had a different composition and that this did not provide good adhesion to the cast floor (see photo where the cast floor has been cut away). Vloersch acknowledged that, but that was also no guarantee, that was the position. You would imagine that a company would not come up with water damage as a reason if that is not the case. The piece that needed to be repaired (recast) measured a modest 15cmx90cm. Fiberglass tape was now placed underneath. Something that was initially left behind. I am not satisfied with the quality of the repair. See the posted photo with the line instead of an (almost) invisible transition. Especially because of the bill of 1186 euros. This after the already steep purchase price two years earlier. I did not receive a quote up front, so I was shocked by that amount. There was no response to my email with objections (and a reminder). After sixty days I received a call that the bill was minus 340 euros, leaving 847 euros. Great experience with Vloersch. Beautiful cast floor laid in both our garden room and in a holiday bungalow. It is pleasant to interact with Stijn.

I can only give one piece of advice, don't fall for the sweet talk because you will regret it! That is the only guarantee you have with Firma Vloersch, sooner or later you will regret it. All reviews very recognizable, many promises, few actions, if there are problems there is always something that means it is not covered by the warranty, no response, etc. Various business spaces and bathrooms were made by this company. Cracks, not waterproof, poorly finished, cast floor in showers smeared over old sealant seams, repair work that looks even worse than the original. In short, drama! So bad that they seem to ignore the last invoice of 5300.- that has not yet been paid, they probably already know that a decent repair will cost them more than it will yield... DON'T DO IT!
