Excellent experience with MR Solar: Customer-oriented, professional and reliable. I am extremely satisfied with the solar panels installed for me by MR Solar. From initial contact with the company to completion of the installation, MR Solar's service was of a very high standard. The MR Solar sales team proved to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and customer-oriented. My biggest thanks to Jasper from the sales team. He patiently took the time to answer my questions and gave me detailed information about the different options available. He listened to my needs and made sure I made the right choices for my situation. His professional approach and expert advice really helped me make informed decisions. The technicians from MR Solar were also great. They were punctual, neat and very cooperative. They worked efficiently and delivered high quality workmanship. See the attached photos. They took the time to ensure that the solar panels were installed in the most optimal location, taking aesthetics and functionality into account. Additionally, they were willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. I felt really comfortable with the whole process, thanks in part to their friendly and professional approach. What I especially appreciated about MR Solar was that they kept their word. They did what they promised and even exceeded my expectations. The company was very customer-oriented and made me feel heard and valued as a customer. They were transparent about the entire process, from the quotation process to the actual installation, and were always ready to answer any questions or concerns. All in all, I highly recommend MR Solar. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, combined with their professional and reliable approach, makes them an excellent choice for anyone looking for solar panels. Solar panels have been installed properly and professionally, but the after-sales service is far below par. A fence section fell during installation. First of all, I was really insulted by Leon Bruinen (the owner), without first hearing both sides of the argument, and in addition, although due to extenuating circumstances, I had to wait more than 3 months for repairs, and then had to wait another 6 weeks (!) for my money (had advanced the new fence). I finally got my money today, but no one bothers to apologize or say they're sorry about how things turned out. All very unfortunate!!!

An appointment and a quote can be quickly arranged here! The visit home was very pleasant and enlightening. Compliments to Jasper. Installing the panels also went smoothly and neatly. As for a nice party! However, several roof tiles were broken during the installation of the solar panels. After 2 months there is still no solution for this. As a customer you have to continuously call and email yourself, only to find out that they cannot be reached again until August due to the holidays. Considering the large amount you pay to MR Solar for the solar panels, I think this is really inappropriate. I am very disappointed with the service.

I can highly recommend MR Solar. When requesting a quote, they first come by to view everything and take photos. Then the quotation. No payments in advance, just an invoice when everything has been delivered and installed. They also take care of registering and installing an app on your phone. They have a lot of experience in Belgium where there is no netting and they can inform you well about what to do with the energy when the sun shines. Top company. Adriaan vdB
