Als je overweegt zonnepanelen te plaatsen samen met je buurman wil je graag weten wat de mogelijkheden zijn. Je mag dus best kritische vragen stellen vinden wij. Dat heeft hij liever niet, want daar zitten wij nog steeds te wachten. Ook heeft hij een paar hele merkwaardige bedrijfseigenschappen die bij zijn onderneming horen. Je betaald 90% vooraf en na oplevering de laatste 10 %. Mocht de installatie niet werken dan heeft hij in ieder geval al 90 % naar binnen geharkt. Ook geeft hij aan tot hoelang een order geldig is als er korting op verstrekt wordt. Weet u meneer van Grinten dat je bij iedereen korting krijgt? Vraag je een gewijzigde offerte bij overweging tot overeenkomst dan ontvang je die niet. Deze ondernemer bestaat nu 5 jaar maar dat worden er geen 10.

I have experienced Pebble Solar Panels as a professional organization. I chose them because they do not just send a standard quote after 3 questions, but take the time to come by. My existing installation was viewed remotely online, and it was clear that they were knowledgeable. She also sent someone to assess my current electrical installation, where it turned out that the meter cupboard did not comply and that they, as a recognized installer, could not accept this. Annoying but justified. Platinum Enpahse installer appealed to me. The home batteries are neatly hung and the cables are neatly concealed via existing cables. More work but more beautiful. And that at a competitive price, not the cheapest. They also proved to be available for questions and received advice on how to act dynamically. Hence 5 stars!

After a very nice, clear conversation at home with Mr. Van der Grinten, a very good quote was drawn up for an Enphase System Controller 3INT with 2 5P flex batteries. Everything was arranged the same day. Nice quote, exactly what I wanted. After confirmation of the quote, the installer came to inspect, looked at the situation and proposed the best solution for installation. And less than a month later, the entire set was installed and put into operation by two very skilled installers from Pebble. The system works like a charm and fully meets my wishes. I can only say that Pebble is a wonderfully reliable and trustworthy company! No sweet talk and promises, just clear, honest and delivers a very nice product and fast service! And they know what they are doing and understand how it works. Really everything is top finished and cables are neatly concealed. Recommended!!

Last year we bought a house with solar panels from this party. We would like access to the old and current generation data. We have contacted them 5 times for this. 4 times by email and 1 time by phone. Finally, this week we got hold of an employee who arranged access to the inverter. That is nice and thanks for that. Unfortunately, the old data was not saved as requested. They point to "China". However, Pebble chooses to purchase from this party. For now, we will leave the installation as it was made at the time. If replacement is ever necessary, we will think carefully about whether we see Pebble as the best party for this.
