Yesterday I had 6 solar panels installed by the people of ABGT. From the first contact with the quote to the last contact on the day of installation, everything went very professionally and customer-friendly. I always have a lot of questions, but they have always spoken to me directly and friendly. The fitters were also all very friendly and respectful. They work quickly and neatly and involved me in every step. They leave everything neat afterwards and really radiate that they are not finished until I, as a customer, am satisfied. Well, I certainly am. And I haven't even mentioned the price yet. I have a slightly different inverter from T-Sun where I opted for 3 inverters on 6 panels that all work independently of each other. I could also opt for 1 inverter that allows the 6 panels to work independently of each other. This could handle a slightly higher peak wattage, but I thought 1 inverter was a bit too much of a risk. The fitters explained everything to me perfectly and that is why I was able to make the best choice for me. I had the most contact yesterday with Chase, a really great guy, but so were the other 2 guys. I don't often give reviews, actually never. I have no criticism on any part of the process. I don't know yet how they handle it if something goes wrong, but I have no reason to doubt it. I have a 25 year warranty on panels and 15 years on inverters and everything they have installed. They are also far below most competitors in terms of price at the moment. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely ask these guys again in the future.
