We requested a quote for a solar boiler via the Zizon website at the beginning of March 2022. Received an immediate response with a quote by email the next day. After answering a number of questions, we ordered the installation offered. We were subsequently kept informed about the expected delivery time. Interim questions are answered quickly. The solar boiler has been running without problems for several months now. The system automatically starts and stops heating the boiler tank, so you don't have to worry about it. Let's hope for lots of sunny hours!

Bought a solar boiler system through Zizon because of their attractive offers. The delivered package was complete with a robust roof installation and a filling pump. Zizon responds quickly to questions in emails. We now immediately benefit from lower gas consumption Highly recommended.

"If I had known about this service beforehand, I would have bought my solar water heater from a regular company." I've had a Zizon solar water heater for three years now. Unfortunately, the pump recently stopped working. Zizon indicated the pump was broken, and I ordered a new one, but unfortunately, nothing worked. Zizon said the controller was broken and the pump could be returned. The conclusion: the problem was with the controller. Unfortunately, the pump's "original" simple brown box had ended up in the cardboard box. Zizon wanted to charge €90 for depreciation. I told them this was excessive and offered €30 in compensation. The owner's tone immediately changed. I had already experienced this both when purchasing and when collecting the products. Several angry emails followed, and communication with Zizon was no longer normal. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach an agreement, and in consultation with Zizon, I returned the controller. A credit note followed, and I received nothing at all for the returned pump. After some email exchanges, Zizon suddenly concluded that I had returned my old pump, without any proof from Zizon. I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that I had my old pump, and that the returned pump was the new one. I confronted Zizon about this and asked for my money back or possibly a return of the pump. Zizon apparently realized they were wrong, and nothing was done about it. responded. I've since contacted legal counsel, and I've informed a debt collection agency. Zizon wouldn't let me write a review, or I'd be reported. But it's okay to tell an honest story. I expect Zizon to respond with some nonsense, but I'm used to that by now.
