Very bad and unpleasant experience with this company. First impression was positive, they even came to take pictures of the roof with a drone. After looking at the roof a few times and a phone call to the owners, the installers simply walked away without communicating. An appropriate response was not forthcoming, despite several attempts to contact us. When we finally made contact, all kinds of arguments were put forward that the work would be impossible (busy street due to other contractors and wet ground that would be unstable due to the rain). We did not receive an explanation of why the installers had left. We also did not receive an apology for the whole situation. They did offer to send a bunch of flowers and asked for the address where it could be sent to. Apparently, looking up our address that they had already received for the first appointment with the drone was too much trouble. So not recommended!

A professional company. Heeremans communicates with integrity and clarity. They think carefully about all possible solutions to choose a system that suits you. We are very satisfied with the final result. Even after installation, they are available at any time and will provide input or come by to adjust things. In short, a well-functioning system for a very good price!

Niels Heeremans installed a 10 kW solar edge battery for us. I experienced him as a professional and experienced person who knows his trade. He fulfilled everything we agreed upon in advance. I would definitely recommend him and if we want to purchase anything in the field of energy transition in the future, we will definitely contact him again. In short, this company is highly recommended.

I also participated in the solar panel hype and ultimately chose Heeremans because it is a local company. The price was 'reasonable' in accordance with the market, I think, but installation was a bit more complicated, due to... different roofs. There was quite a long waiting time, and they did not accept new customers for a while. As a result, I had to call every now and then when the installation finally arrived, which was always postponed due to delivery problems. You actually noticed that they could just about handle the work, but saying 'no' isn't fun either. Fortunately, the panels were installed before the summer. This was done by the international team, it was so busy, but the owner did come on site to monitor the work. The installation of the solar panels is done by 'subcontractors' who are hired. But the quality is monitored. Later some delivery points that were ultimately resolved within 2 weeks. Already generated 3,000 kWh and if I compare that with others, my generation is often slightly more in percentage terms (this may also depend on the type of roof). Now let's wait and see how the installation will perform in the coming years.

The first impression seems positive. But be careful, once they are installed you are no longer a priority with this organization. When the solar panels do not work (happened several times!) you often have to wait weeks for a technician to arrive. And often the technician cancels at the last minute because a job is running late, which is very annoying (if you receive notice at all). New customers have priority, as an existing customer you are no longer interesting.
