I had a complaint about the sound these lamps made when they were in my fixture. I had 8 in 1 fixture. They made a buzzing sound. After contacting Leddy's, the solution quickly emerged. It turned out to be due to the wattage. I was offered to return them and get my money back. However, I had already thrown the boxes away and then I understand that you cannot return this. Later I used them in another place and they turned out to be perfect. So it was due to my fixture. Probably something went wrong during transport and 3 of them broke. I contacted Leddy's about this and the solution was very simple. I will receive 3 new lamps. Top service I say, a customer-friendly solution is immediately offered. Enthusiastic people on the phone and apparently also very happy with their company. People, you can make a purchase here with confidence. More companies could take an example from this service.
