Zonneenergieopmaat is a gift that keeps giving 1. Waited 9 months to get solars installed, when it was time to do the installation they said they didn’t have the right parts so the project was further delayed for months. 2. Installation took 8 weeks, first they arrived too late and didn’t have enough people to complete the work, then they didn’t have the right parts etc. Every time a different issue. 3. Wrong panels installed, project plan was not followed, so they had to order and replace some of the panels. 4 Electrician messed up the entire electric box for us, we had to get another party to redo all the electric work. It was horrible. 5. They damaged the roof and we now have a leakage from two places. 6. Now the inverter is not working and we are still waiting them to get back to us. 7. Waiting for more surprises to surface. Horrible after service. Would not recommend to go with this party unless you want to deal with all the mess that comes with it.

The company has extremely poor customer service. They make faulty installations and then Later seek money to fix the faulty insulation’s. I have been left with no energy production during summer for months due to delayed service from this company after repeated service requests from me end. During sales they promise a lot, but service is extremely concerning. I have other friends who had similar issues.

Very disappointing customer service from this company. No reply to emails. A faulty installation means that the power trips continually. They sent a technician to inspect the fault. He confirmed what the fault was, and then i heard absolutely nothing more from them again, despite multiple emails asking them to address the issue.

Zonne Energie Op Maat installed our solar energy system. Before noon the whole system was up and running. Professionals i recommend them 👌👌👌
