sowieso de communicatie onderling...hele dag thuisgezeten.Eerst tussen 8-9 uur.Dan tussen 1-3 uur.Kwart over 3 gebeld...zeggen ze over 20 minuten...uiteindelijk.om half 5 gekomen. Beloven om zorg te dragen voor BTW teruggave...uiteindelijk doe je het nog allemaal zelf.Vertegenwoordiger heeft mooie praatjes maar maken ze absoluut niet waar!!

Great service, very professional workers and very helpful staff. Boris helped from day 1 and he answered all of questions in great details. He was very professional and made sure to follow up after installation as well. The electricians and the installers were very friendly and carried the work without breaking any tiles :) I strongly recommend this company. Thank you guys!

3 maanden geleden zouden wij van dit mooie bedrijf zonnepanelen krijgen. dit is tot 3 keer toe afgezegd. door allerlei redenen. wij hebben van dit bedrijf 70 dakpannen moeten kopen voor het dak omdat t dak “oh zo slecht was”. vervolgens worden er maar 4 gebruikt. aangezien er zo slechte services was aangeboden vroegen wij korting. dat kon allemaal niet maar toen wij aangaven dat we echt boos waren en niks meer met hun te maken wilde hebben en een slechte review wilde schrijven kon er opeens wel 100 euro van de rekening af. dit hebben wij dan ook afgewezen. ga nooit maar dan ook nooit met dit bedrijf in zee want het is echt vreselijk. wij hebben trouwens ook niet eens de zonnepanelen gekregen die we wilde maar andere….

Terrible company. Careless working practices and poor management. They managed to drill a hole through an (internal drainage) pipe in my home so no toilet use for most of the day. Wrong brackets brought to attach the pannel rails to the roof (too large) so after a phone call to their company other brackets were sent (stilĺ too big) eventualy the company owner arrived climbed on to the roof to show them what to do They got the rails attached on front roof then left as it was end if work day and work week neglecting to replace several roof tiles they removed when putting up the scafolding. It raibed over that weekend so my roof leaked. Managed to get a local window cleaner to climb up on roof and replace the tiles. After several weeks of trying to get another appointment they came back attached the sun pannels to front of roof and laid the rails on the back roof and broke my sky light roof window. They forgot to bring sun panels for the back roof. After many weeks of phobe calls and arguements eventualy the sun panels were attached to the back roof. They showed no moral backbone or responsibility to offer an appology for their careless working practices and unprofessional approach Unfortunately Trading Standards in the Netherlands has no power to fine them or issue a written warning or reprimand nor does the Chamber of Commerce. The Dutch Law states as long as all damage is repaired by the company or if the repair falls outside of their capabilities then a financial provision should be made to cover the repair by a qualified tradesma. This relieves them of repercussions and the reason I know this is because I employed a lawyer to go after them Everything I have stated is one hundred percent correct. I have the photos to prove it and I am willing to share them with anyone who wishes I would not recommend this company to anyone. My advice is to stay well away from them

Na meerdere offertes ontvangen te hebben en bezoeken van andere bedrijven toch gekozen voor Sunleaves Zonnepanelen nu enkele dagen op ons zitten, deze zijn geplaatst door Sunleaves bus 3 als ik het goed heb (electromonteur Dave, andere namen zijn me ontschoten). De boys hebben snel en vakkundig de panelen in een aangenaam tempo geplaatst. Ook het regelen van de belastingteruggave was al na enkele dagen geregeld, weet wel dat het bij de belastingdienst zelf enkele maanden kan duren. De electromonteur Dave is later nog teruggekomen voor een keukengroep te installeren, dit had ik in de prijs laten meenemen. De offerte was er ook snel en vergelijkbaar met andere bedrijven zag dit er goed uit. Sowieso de offertes van bedrijven in Limburg zagen er verzorgder uit dan die buiten Limburg. Voorlopig ben ik super blij met mijn keuze en merk ik dat ik zelfs stroom op wek terwijl het slecht weer is. Belangrijk, ik heb nu 11 panelen daar waar andere op 8,9 uit kwamen.
