Mr. van R. visited us on May 1, 2023 and we received the quotation on May 10. Because we had any questions/comments regarding the quotation, we contacted Blue Home. After several call attempts, an email was sent asking if someone could come by to discuss the quote. (We have a dormer window spanning the entire width of the roof and it has air conditioning) Mr. D visited us on July 25, 2023. It has been in the garden and we even went out into the street to see the situation. Air conditioning was fully installed. The air conditioning was no problem, 6 panels would be installed and it was verbally promised that perhaps more panels could be installed. The panels would be installed on September 18, 2023. We got a call at 8 o'clock. The keys to the bus were lost, placement did not go ahead. September 22, day of placement. I receive an installation plan in front of me of my roof with 6 panels, but no air conditioning can be seen in the photo/drawing. The technician goes up on the roof and immediately comes back down. Ma'am, we can only fit 4 panels!! Immediately called the office and agreed with Mr. D that I would consult with my husband. 4 panels would not be profitable and not the agreement. Afterwards I called, emailed, I even met Mr. D, but he acted as if he didn't know who I was, kept walking and tried to ignore me. Made a deposit of 25%!!! We had to hire a lawyer because Blue Home did not respond. Unfortunately, a lot of hassle, having to provide proof that the air conditioning was already there before the installation of the air conditioning because according to Blue Home there was no air conditioning present at the time of Mr. D's visit. Ultimately, on February 5, 2024, we came to an agreement that Blue Home would refund us (although not the entire amount), despite the fact that they did not agree with the course of events, we were told in the email sent to the lawyer, but That also took 3 weeks before the money was actually in our account. Do I recommend Blue Home?? A big big NO

Last week, Bluehome installed 8 panels. We are very pleased with how neatly it was completed. A family member who has a lot of experience as a construction inspector is also very impressed with how everything was technically completed. It is also very nice that someone comes by before the quotation (without obligation) to assess the situation and discuss the options. The only point of interest is that it was not always possible to achieve the stated response times that were communicated.

We are very satisfied with the entire process at Bluehome; from recording the desired configuration at our home, receiving the quotation, answering questions regarding the quotation up to and including the installation and connection of the panels and the inverter. The information provided was excellent, and the installation team was also very professional and friendly (and completed quickly).

After joining forces with Bluehome Zonnepanelen, which were sold to us by the seller Frank Dikmans. Are the panels actually installed neatly? But to this day, still no response from them. What a bad company this is and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.
