I have already requested some quotes from other companies via the internet. One by one they came back that I could fit a maximum of 10 panels on the roof. (For a price that we now have 12 solar panels for which note legs can also supply more) After a conversation with Karin at the Steenbergen summer market. Was there a consultation at our home? Henk also did a house inspection, he immediately indicated that we could fit at least 12 panels upstairs. No sooner said than done. Fortunately, the panels were able to pass through the house! (Very well done gentlemen panelists, it didn't look very easy but you did it!). The price is very good, no hassle with different prices for different things, just 1 price, everything is arranged for that. Panels have been running for a week now (October week) and they have yielded 30.2 kWh more than we used! Very satisfied with the delivery and installation. Everything went exactly as agreed. Unfortunately, one member of the team was late, causing the work to run a bit behind schedule, but that's only a shame for the men who did arrive at the agreed-upon time.

I would not recommend anyone to have solar panels installed through the Sustainable Installation Service. After a nice start it ended in waiting and not being helped. It took more than a year before everything was arranged and I had to arrange the last step myself because the Sustainable Assembly Service did not work. There is no communication and agreements are not kept. Home: - April 28, 2022 contacted the representative of the Sustainable Assembly Service. - May 2022: Offer signed and accepted in early May. Delivery 6-10 weeks; - October 3, 2022 Incomplete installation of solar panels after contacting us several times about delivery. When installed, the Enphase Envoy (gateway) was missing and the app could not be used (solar panels worked but no insight into what they did). Enphase Envoy gateway would be delivered within +/- 3 weeks. - APRIL 2023: After calling/apping several times, still nothing concrete. Ultimately, the gateway was only installed around April 17, 2023!! The technician indicated that I would receive an activation link for the Enphase app within a short time. - August 20, 2023: After calling/apping several times, still no account received. Callback requests and responses will not be given. Ultimately, I contacted Enphase about my account and within 24 I had an account and it was arranged. Enphase also checked that everything was working properly. Kudos to Enphase!! I have never had such an incredibly bad experience with a company as with the Sustainable Installation Service!!

Good afternoon, After you installed solar panels on my home a few weeks ago, I now have solar panels. I still don't have the login details, but I received the invoice the same day? I have spoken to Michel or Karin at least 8 times. Both the communication for laying and handling everything is simply substandard. Karin, in the beginning the communication was great and everything could be arranged relatively quickly. After signing the quote, I heard little to nothing. There was to be an inspection but no one was seen to this day. and then it started. have it returned once due to an unsafe situation in the meter cupboard. Afterwards everything was fine. so no more problems about the work itself. Had I known this in advance, I would have done it differently. I hope to receive everything soon, and am trying to significantly improve communication for the good of your company. Yours sincerely, Jeremy

I wouldn't recommend this company. We placed an order for solar panels last October. If we'd accepted the order back then, we'd be "lucky." The installation was scheduled for April, so we could enjoy the yield right away, even with the nice weather. After emailing and calling several times ourselves, June is approaching and we still don't know anything. We're given the reasons: delivery problems, bad weather, and so on. The schedule was supposed to be known two weeks in advance, which means we won't be able to get it until at least mid-June... Eight months later, and we're still in limbo. We know absolutely NOTHING, and the company isn't keeping us informed either. We have to constantly chase up information ourselves, which, after much nagging, we receive piecemeal. All in all, a bad experience and very dissatisfied.
