From the quotation phase to the installation: excellent and pleasant, customer-oriented contact with PV Monteur Veenendaal! They listen carefully to my specific wishes and they enthusiastically take them on. We wanted to include home batteries, which turned out to be difficult or even impossible with many suppliers. (especially because these were standard offers that did not deviate from the large warehouse stocks and therefore did not fit in with the street) It was even advised against, but PV Monteur was one of the first to respond to the battery request and was open to customization and relatively unknown territory. After a pleasant personal visit, the decision was quickly made and after a number of adjustments to the quotation, in our favor as buyer, we agreed to a beautiful custom installation and a good feeling. The delivery time was also very acceptable. The planning was postponed once, but this was to be able to guarantee good quality in combination with the batteries. The installation had some difficulties due to the specific and new type of installation, but in the end everything was installed neatly and to our satisfaction. The enthusiastic, customer-oriented and polite fitters also contribute to a great experience. It is also pleasant and reliable to work with Jan, owner and manager. The installation has now been in operation for a few weeks and the results, especially in combination with the home batteries, are performing above expectations. Despite the moderate weather conditions, we are running our new house almost "Green"! The installation still needs to be completed with regard to, for example, the wish to be able to run completely Off Grid. We are still waiting for that. If I had to mention one point, it would be the accessibility and keeping the customer informed. This could be improved, but I also understand the busy times of late. All in all, if you are looking for a solar installer who thinks along with you, works in a customer-oriented manner, does not seem dependent on volume contracts and is open to customization, I would heartily recommend PV Monteur Veenendaal!
