Maru Solar

Filled out a contact form yesterday. Tried several times to contact by telephone but in vain, no answer, many emails sent, from more than six months ago. All with a request to contact me to conclude a maintenance contract. Why is it that you hardly or not at all respond... So now via this channel... review... to see if I can finally be contacted after more than six months. Therefore now 1 star.

As a private individual, we have had solar cells from Maru for 2 years. These were installed at a time when there was a high demand for solar cells. Communication was not optimal at the time and there were some open issues that took a little longer to be resolved. When installing an air conditioner, it turned out that not everything had been installed correctly in the past. This has now been taken up energetically by Maru. The installers and electricians are very capable and have put everything back in order as it should be and also corrected some other things in the meter cupboard that had not been installed correctly by other installers. Very satisfied with how Maru handled everything to get everything back in order. 👍

Dramatic, no contact possible, emails are not answered. You will receive a call by telephone and they will automatically hang up. Is this company bankrupt??

In October we approached Maru-Systems regarding a quote for solar panels. A representative came by quite quickly to see what the options were for our roof. Upon arrival there was an immediate click with the person and we received clear explanations and good advice. The quotation was received within 3 days. After agreeing, it did not take long before a date was given for installation. On the day of the installation, a number of professionals arrived and had everything neatly connected in one day. This went very smoothly and as a bonus all the wires were neatly hidden from view. The entire project was completed within 6 weeks (from first contact to installation). The process from A to Z was very pleasant. I can highly recommend Maru-systems to everyone!
