A very professional company. We had an air conditioner installed last year, and everything went smoothly. We just had a conversation with salesperson Nick de Bruijne about having a second air conditioner installed, and everything went smoothly. Nick is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us very well. Top-notch company!

Scam by slimair. Aggressive and misleading sales. Far too expensive for cheap Chinese products that make simmering noises. Advice: look for a professionally certified company, so not a slimair (bestair) You think you are getting a good brand, but upon installation it becomes clear that you have signed for a cheap brand. Not that you could see or know this because they don't put brand names on their invoices, only vague descriptions. It is constantly said that you will be called back, but only after threatening a lawyer will the call be made..... Even though Slimair states that it has taken over Bestair and rejects claims, both companies have the same Chamber of Commerce number. So just the same owner but different name because of the many bad reviews on bestair. Btw Jente who wrote the first review works at Slimair, that should say enough..

Our air conditioning was installed this morning and I am very happy with it. 2 mechanics, both of Slovak origin, did a very neat job. And everything was left very tidy, even the skirting boards and windowsill were not forgotten when vacuuming... And we could communicate reasonably well with English. All in all...very satisfied! We hope that we can enjoy the air conditioning for years to come. Greetings Harry and Marian

Don't go into business with them, I signed under the condition of financing, which I unfortunately did not receive. Contacted them. Had to arrange a few things before I could get financing. They indicated that they would put it on hold and that I would have to contact them when this was arranged. 2 weeks later an email with the invoice. Otherwise it would go to collection. Responded to the email again. But still a week later collection with 600+ costs. Save yourself the stress and scam. Because they are also so difficult to reach.

We had an air conditioner with 3 indoor units installed by Slimair. Everything neatly placed and finished by Frank and three colleagues. Small adjustments are no problem and are handled professionally. Good explanation about use and maintenance. In short, fast and professional.
