I'm very happy with how they installed my Mitsubishi Electric multi-split air conditioner. I absolutely wanted the quietest possible outdoor unit, and because they provided good anti-vibration springs and I provided rubber mounts for the wall bracket, after careful consultation, I now have a very quiet outdoor unit! Hats off! 🤩 The Qventi casing was also beautifully installed. And Marvin, who installed everything, is a pleasant, helpful, and attentive employee who understands the customer's needs. In short: excellent work!

Installed air conditioning and activated WiFi module more than 2 years ago. Now a maintenance service has been carried out in an excellent manner. Because I have a new router (fiber optic), the WiFi connection was no longer available. Because the WiFi module is quite difficult to activate with the Mitsubishi air conditioning (otherwise a perfect air conditioning), it was reactivated by Raymond free of charge. In short, excellent service!

Complete heat pump installation installed by the Cool-Bizz guys, so we stopped using gas. After requesting a quote, we sat down personally to discuss the options. I received a well-developed and substantiated quotation shortly after the conversation. At the time of installation, minor adjustments were made in consultation in order to get it as I had in mind. All pipework neatly processed and no aimless and loose pipes. Follow-up and contact after installation came from Cool-Bizz, so you don't have to do it yourself.
