I recommend to stay away from this company. 2 years ago GLOSEC has modernized the apartment complex were we live in. Not even 2 years later a lot of damages already occurred due to low budget materials. Windows leak, elevator broken, new entrance door broken, garage door broken, one of the new wooden stairs has a split, Small wall at the entrance fell apart. But the worst of all is the new facade made by GLOSEC. Since they renewed the facade, the wall gets wet when it rains and mold forms along the whole wall. We have lived in this apartment for 9 years and never had any issue with mold. Due to the good experience we had in this flat for over 6 years, we decided to buy the flat 3 years ago. And then came GLOSEC.... For the purchase of the appartement a value report was made by an expert which confirmed the mold free condition of the appartemt. In addition, possible reasons for the formation of mold were also ruled out. That was shortly before GLOSEC started the renovation work. After a few months with the new facade we found the wall completely wet and full of mold when moving the couch away. The couch was also full of mold and we had to throw it away as quick as possible in fear of health issues. We then noticed that the wall always gets wet in the lower area when it rains. We then informed GLOSEC and provided pictures of the mold on the wall and the destroyed couch. GLOSEC then commissioned a company to make some tests and prepare a report. Luckily, this company confirmed that the water penetrates through holes in the joints. Additionally, the insulation system underneath was also installed incorrectly. It is also important to mention that the work was carried out by unskilled workers from Eastern Europe who had neither specialist knowledge nor spoke a word of Dutch or English. Due to the incorrect construction work done by the people of Glosec, their insurance company will not cover the damage they have caused. However during this appointment it was promised by Glosec that they will repair the facade and cover all other costs for the damages caused by the mold. Since then Glosec does not answer our e-mails anymore And Mrs. Borst acts as if she isn't there when you try to call her at the company. We hoped that the matter would be settled in an uncomplicated manner, just as promised by COSMIN and MRS. BORST from GLOSEC during the appointment. They asked us to be patient as it will take some time to have anything arranged. Now I'm sure that was just a tactic because since we haven't been able to reach anyone from GLOSEC for more than 8 month. We have no other choice then taking legal advise. The juridisch lokett is very competent and happy to help us in this matter. I was ready to sort it out easily but since it's. not possible with scammers, I will sue for compensation for every little thing possible. I don't take the lies from COSMIN and MRS. BORST anymore!
