Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen. Not only among renovation or building companies, the worst even in any type of company. I live in the top floor and they have to visit me for a neighbor's boiler replacement. They do not know how to make an appointment and sometimes show up randomly without asking permission. Even though it is not a work for my home, I told personally or sent so many emails with my email and phone number. The result is, they send a letter with pre-determined date and mentioning I cannot change the appointment. Come and see if you can enter to my property without getting my permission!

No one really visit my place after the appointment , I called for their service number for 15mins cost me 7 euros and no one answer the call. Really bad service .

⭐ 1 star Very disappointing experience with Breman – poor service and no sense of urgency or responsibility at all. On Thursday February 20, Breman carried out maintenance on my air treatment system. The next day it turned out that the mechanical ventilation had failed completely. From then on a frustrating series of poor communication, long wait times and unwillingness to take responsibility for their own mistake began. My landlord gave me an order number and, because of the speed, recommended that I call Breman myself. I did. Despite the fact that technicians were present in the building, they refused to "send someone over". I had to join the queue at the back. A week later a technician came by. Diagnosis: engine broken. But how long would it take to solve that? No idea. "The planning team will call you." The planning did not consider it urgent and therefore: again at the bottom of the list. In the meantime: no extraction, food smell lingers, bathroom remains wet. Another week later the engine is replaced, but the mechanic "didn't have time" to check whether the system is working. "Call me in half an hour." He did so – the button did indeed respond. But the next time you cook: hardly any extraction, hardly any effect. So call again. At first they said I could be helped within two days, but a little later I was called back: "Sorry, wrong department. Will have to wait another week." Finally, another week later, the mechanic came and finally explained to me that the potentiometer on the motor was set to the lowest position by default and had never been adjusted. Everything was then properly adjusted. In summary: Breman caused a malfunction on February 20 and did not resolve it until March 27. At that time, any opportunity to resolve it quickly was completely ignored and no one took responsibility for a problem of their own making. Not customer-friendly, not solution-oriented and no sense of urgency or responsibility at all. Very disappointing.
