We are very satisfied with the house built by Eigenwijsbouw. Communication was good and on time, Eigenwijsbouw was easily accessible by telephone and email. People participate in the design and are happy to answer questions later, once the house has been completed. We had a leak in the dormer window, so someone came by. They kept their agreements during construction and the house was delivered according to schedule, something you don't often hear these days. So very satisfied! :-)

Als deelnemer #ExpeditieRobinson #2017 kan ik zeggen dat ik en mijn vrouw van uitdagingen houden. Wij willen graag op eigen wijze bouwen en een #EnergieZuinig huis bouwen. Dan ontdek je het bedrijf Eigenwijs-Bouw. Dat is een schot in de roos, gisteren begonnen en de helft van ons huis staat al. Na 2 à 3 maanden voorwerk in hun loods, kwam er gisteren een dieplader met ons prefabriceerde huis, een kraan en perfecte maatvoering zorgde voor een vlotte en productieve dag. Kan niet wachten wat vandaag gaat brenrgen ! #Tevreden #Verrast #Trots #Blij

Had frequent contact with the Eigenwijsbouw team as a partner, they make beautiful homes and are very accurate, positively critical and extremely nice and pleasant to work with!

Our appointment was scheduled twice, so we had to wait more than an hour. Not a disaster in itself. Then in conversation with Wijnand. That also went well. After a week, additional information was sent regarding our wishes so that a specific quotation could be sent. No response to this email. Then called a week later to ask if the email had been received correctly and when we could expect the quote. During this conversation I was spoken very curtly and unfriendly. Nothing further was said about this and stated that they would wait for the quote. Could take 5 weeks. You guessed it. We never received a quote. We did not pursue this further, because we did not want to do business with them anymore.

Not at all customer friendly if you request information by telephone about the costs of building a family home. They hang up before you can even say goodbye! Downright rude and blunt. Emails are also not responded to. Apparently we weren't interesting enough. We have figured it out... it's purely about making money as quickly as possible and doing business quickly, instead of paying attention to customer friendliness and providing you with clear information! That leaves much to be desired!
