Worthless, I've been calling since September 2023... first, Thuisvester, because I thought the gutter was clogged. It turned out not to be, but a crack in the downspout. Since October 4, 2024, there's been a hole next to my front door because they needed to check for asbestos... fine... calling, calling, calling. But I'm being passed from pillar to post. Thuisvester can't help me because the job is with Uncle... who claims to be dependent on three parties... repeatedly promising that action will be taken and that you'll be called back. But unfortunately, they do absolutely nothing! In a word, worthless!

Incompetent construction company. My mother rents a house through Thuisvester and has had serious problems with her sewer system for a year and a half. Completely clogged several times and everything covered in mess. The Oome company has visited twice, the first time to find that the slope is not good: there is approximately 1.5 cm of slope in the wrong direction per meter over a length of approximately 7 meters, more than 10.5 cm. In addition, there is the normal slope of 1 cm per meter, so this simply cannot be flushed without breaking the laws of physics. The water is seeping from the sewer into the crawl space. The Oome company then came a second time to make an inspection hatch in the sewerage... Responsible for the sewerage through a so-called maintenance contract. Meanwhile, a year and a half later, we have already had a drain cleaning company 15 times and the Oome company still does not accept the problem. Call Thuisvester and they will tell you. This company does not help private individuals and I can totally understand why. No private individual would find this acceptable, even Oome employees who own a house do not have something sprayed 15 times that is simply not technically in order. No one takes responsibility and it is just left to run its course, we just pass it off and literally leave the customer in feces. Raking in tenders and trying to get the best out of it, but above all, don't get your hands dirty. Bet low so that your bid wins, because once you enter a housing development, school community or the like, they simply cannot get rid of you and, as it turns out in this case, it is especially easy to cash out. In this case, ignorance at its finest, the conclusion was drawn 18 months ago that the sewerage system is not technically in order, the Oome company is responsible for this but does not respond. Then they also advertise under the guise of old-fashioned craftsmanship, any self-respecting plumber who comes to take a look under the floor at my mother's house would be turning in his grave. Look before you leap! (In the photo the sewerage that should drain on the left. On the right there is a toilet and shower 2.5 meters away, and a rainwater drain about 6 meters away. The feces therefore flushes towards the rainwater drain from the roof, instead of towards the other direction where the central sewerage pipe is located. In the second photo the completely unnecessary inspection hatch has been placed. According to the Oome company, this would solve the problems...)

Haven't received a mini skylight yet. Oome is dependent on Thuisvester. Oome works perfectly. The skylight is 27 years old and completely destroyed. Still no approval from Thuisvester. Oome took another picture. Wait and see...

They really can't handle it anymore, honest criticism is too confronting!
