We hadden twee keer een storing binnen een week in onze CV ketel. We werden echter snel en deskundig geholpen door de monteurs. Het onderdeel was niet goedkoop maar prima service.

I have known GST for a few years. They did the annual maintenance. And although it often turned out that the annual maintenance was extended by a few months. The fitters were always friendly. On their advice, I had a new boiler installed. Which did not work almost immediately after delivery. A huge drama, with GST indicating from the start that it was working (which it was not). The responsibility lay with others the whole time. It eventually became clear that water had ended up in the gas pipe due to a mistake by the fitter. Extremely annoying. But mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, according to GST, I put water in the gas pipe myself. While I use their services, because I do not have gas myself. Despite a statement of the facts, in which their own fitter admitted that it must have been a mistake by the fitter, GST continues to stick to its guns. Unfortunately, after some time I have to conclude that I certainly cannot recommend them.

They know something about gas, especially with old boilers, reasonable experiences. But by saying that heat pumps are only interesting because of solar panels... They show that they cannot look at it neutrally... Sad and for alternatives, talk to experts who supply them.

Someone came by last Friday to see if they could service the boiler in my new home, and the advice was to get a new boiler. Disappointing but okay. New boiler would be 2395, agreed here and would be installed a week later. Everything has been measured and checked. 1 day in advance they announce that they want to place a different model due to... dimensions while everything had already been measured the week before, 380 euros are added to the price. Scammers!
