To fix the drop leak, we received an expensive offer for a second visit (through caretaker, although we discussed and gave our contacts) with replacing unnecessary parts as a result of a 15-minute first visit by a specialist. However, after we refused such an offer before the appointed date, we still received an invoice for 2 visits, each with transportation costs and 45 minutes of the specialist's time. The invoice was not adjusted despite requests and the company's lack of an agreed (and signed) offer or confirmation from us. For some reason, we were simply redirected to caretaker at home. We do not recommend using the services of this company...

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with Collective Maintenance. This morning at 10:00 AM, Duurzaam Opgewekt reported a hot water outage, which they said they'd forward to Collective Maintenance. Now, 12 hours have passed and I still haven't had any contact—no update, no technician, nothing. Duurzaam Opgewekt says they can't follow up and claims they don't have a phone number for Collective Maintenance, even though it's readily available on Google. When I politely called Collective Maintenance myself, I was treated in a downright rude and unprofessional manner. Sabrina from Collective Maintenance wouldn't even check if the report had been received and refused any assistance. I was simply referred back to Duurzaam Opgewekt, who also don't seem to care. As a consumer, I pay for hot water and maintenance, but when there's an emergency outage, they keep quiet. No technician is dispatched, there's no evening service available, and meanwhile, I'm forced to shower with cold water. It's antisocial and scandalous how Collective Maintenance treats residents and completely ignores reports. This has no place in a professional organization. Apparently, an emergency report at Collective Maintenance means you have to call and follow up on everything yourself, only to be left out in the cold. A true low point in customer service and friendliness.

Today, two gentlemen came to investigate the excessive use of the central heating boiler. Solved! Unfortunately, I don't know the gentleman's name, but what passion, helpfulness, and expertise. I recommend this kind of professional to anyone struggling with the integration of the boiler and underfloor heating!

We have had 24 problems with hot water since Sunday July 7. Several contacted our supplier Eteck. With zero, zero response about plan v approach. Monday, July 8, I contacted Eteck again. Less than an hour later I spoke to Brian on the phone about solving the complaint. Yesterday afternoon I sent photos and we had hot water that same day. Had a quick chat with Brian today about possible problems in the future. Really very satisfied with this company and employee! Greetings Gerrit and Betty

After being in the cold for a day and a half, Rick from Collective Maintenance arrived. He looked at the installed hybrid heat pump installation and eventually discovered that something extra had been installed that caused a breakdown. The unit was also set up completely incorrectly. Well, that will still be discussed with the company in question. Rick, thanks again, it is now comfortably warm. Kudos for your explanation and efforts.
