Dear Kerskes, thank you for your one time visit (it took weeks). Your advice was to reject your CV. A central heating system that has already been maintained by the previous owners for years. So you were also familiar with old age. This could have saved me and you some time. Anyway, your visit would provide a follow-up for a CV replacement (quote). I did not receive this, but I did receive the settlement for your service visit first. You are not taking my sincere feedback seriously that my registration by email does not provide an indication of the costs of the device inspection. You rely on your own website and other general terms and conditions. I can tell you that both sources do not show a price tag for an appliance inspection, only one-off maintenance that did not apply. Instead of receiving feedback as valuable, your tone of voice indicates that you will not do anything with it. Shame. If there is one thing I am allergic to, it is being surprised by the costs afterwards. Not being transparent and your customer-unfriendly way of communicating does not give me as a potential customer confidence to enter into a partnership (service contract) with you. Ps my current installation company does not charge for intake advice. So it can be done that way.

Kerkes komt al heel wat jaartjes bij ons, CV - gasleiding vervangen - riolering. In een woord TOP. Vakmensen, afspraken worden nagekomen, ze weten waar ze mee bezig zijn. Wij hebben uitsluitend positieve ervaringen. Niet twijfelen, gewoon bellen.

I had a new boiler and radiator installed and have had the maintenance done since then. Actually only good experiences. Neat technicians, and an appointment is automatically scheduled every year.

Eigenlijk is de service van Kerskes in 1 woord samen te vatten: vaklui. Snelle service, goede communicatie, korte lijnen, meer dan vriendelijke en zorgvuldige mensen die luisteren naar wat de klant wil en vakwerk regelen. (èn zelfs stofzuigen en opruimen. ;) ) Klinkt als vanzelfsprekend maar we hebben wel eens anders meegemaakt. Aanrader!
