The company came by for a leak outside, the gentlemen indicated that they did not have the material and would return on Friday. Canceled appointments and stayed home all day. Unfortunately, I didn't see anyone and I didn't get a call either. Contacted the next week and was told "they must be busy" without an apology or anything like that. However, it was then agreed that they would call me if they could come by. Now months later I haven't heard anything. Keeping agreements appears to be difficult for this company.

Very nice company. Good explanation about the new gas boiler law that has been changed from January this year. They neatly placed an extra inspection sticker on my boiler so that KIWA can guarantee their quality from a distance. Nice and neat communication. Very satisfied with their service.

They have been coming to us for years, first through another technician. We requested maintenance and it suddenly turns out that our flue gas discharge is not properly secured. It's strange when it has been like this for years. Maintenance is not carried out, the mechanic went home without completing any business. A few days later I suddenly receive an invoice for an inspection. I called, since the flue gas discharge has not changed in recent years and they have been visiting us for years. The answer is, the legislation has changed so they are not allowed to do any maintenance on the boiler. Had a long discussion with the operator, then with the technician. All quite rude and customer unfriendly. The legislation is about certification of the technicians, not about bracing, as those regulations date back to 2012. No consideration is given to getting the flue gas discharge into the correct condition in order to meet the standards again. In addition, they are faced with an internal issue of a mechanic who allegedly made a mess of it. They got a whole customer base that would produce a lot of crap. It's not nice to pass this on to your customer like that. The invoice can ultimately be canceled, but on the condition that I as a customer quit. I'll just start looking for another service company.

The plumbers are fantastic professionals and lovely people, but when, after waiting almost a year for a promised quote (and after countless phone calls and an email), I was told they could help us after all, we were stunned. They told us they couldn't carry out the work they had performed, which is certainly possible, but did we have to wait a year for it? And your plumber had even told us they would take care of it. When I asked if they could at least help us by suggesting a suitable location or giving us a tip, they said we could "google" it. Dear Desiree, this is not how you should treat customers who are ignored for a year, made to wait a year for a quote that never arrived. Pretty antisocial. And they didn't even offer an apology or an apology. All we asked was for your input, and you refused. This is where a little decency comes in. Too bad, you could have resolved it so easily. I hope you learned from this.
