After the maintenance, our boiler suddenly made a loud whistling noise whenever we turned on the heating. Heemskerk came by several times, but unfortunately, they couldn't find the cause, and the noise continued to bother us. After checking it again, the noise disappeared as soon as we turned on the heating, but it returned as soon as we used hot water. It was a complete mystery. It was probably a different technician who had worked on it incorrectly at some point. Heemskerk finally made us a great offer to install a new boiler at a substantial discount. We are very happy with the service and that we no longer have that noise! Thanks, guys!

This is by far the company with the worst customer focus ever. The email below that I sent to Heemskerk on Thursday, March 31, 2022 speaks for itself: "Hello Mr. Joop, We spoke last Friday and I indicated that I have been working since February 21 (!) to get some things repaired by you. Despite various promises about scheduling an appointment, calling back, etc., nothing has come of it yet. This while the same simple repair was carried out at my neighbor last year. You found it all very annoying and would call me back last Monday to finally schedule an appointment. It is now Thursday and I have again heard nothing while the rain and from tomorrow the snow will cause a leakage in the house. This is also known to you and I really don't understand why nothing is happening. I will be easily accessible tomorrow and I expect a phone call with a date and time for an appointment."

Heating engineers are fine. However, it is not possible to make agreements with them for other work. After waiting 3 months to report the leak and calling more than 10 times, they do not have the decency to call back as promised each time to make an appointment to carry out the repair. I was once even told by the receptionist that the weather must be good. The weather was beautiful that day with plenty of sun. Pffff. Advice: don't do it
