Today a charging installation for EV Skoda was installed by this company. Even though the technician arrived on site later than agreed with 'the planner', the technician made Wessel forget this. What an enthusiastic and friendly employee this was. Received proper explanation during delivery and everything was neatly cleaned up. The installation was very professional and beautifully installed. Very nice.

Unfortunately, this review was posted much later than intended due to... a series of sad private events. Since this company has really done a fantastic job, I am still posting this review. =) Last November I was looking for a party to install a charging station in my driveway, with the specific wish to have all necessary work (distribution box, charging station, excavation work, etc.) carried out by one party. After a short online research and reading many reviews, I came across 'De Jong Elektra & Kluswerken'. After completing an extensive web form, I was soon called to discuss the details. Based on the photos I sent, they were able to clearly specify and explain the work. In our case, a new distribution box was needed (as expected, because it was old and packed), I received a good explanation about the additional equipment needed to optimally use the Zappie charging station and we discussed the paving work in detail. . On the day in question, the work was carried out to great satisfaction by two specialists (Wessel and colleague). It was quite a job and the boys had to work hard due to some unforeseen setbacks. However, with the 'we want to finish it' mentality, the work was completed to our complete satisfaction the same day. Kudos to the men! However, after completion, Wessel himself thought that the paving (in front of the charging station) could be a little neater and scheduled a follow-up appointment for this. Perfect service! Gentlemen, I would like to thank you again for your work and dedication! I can recommend this company to absolutely everyone! Until the next job I say! (Probably in 2025 ;)

Within two weeks from ordering to installation. Very good and fast communication, and installed on time as agreed. Very neat while working and good explanation. I am therefore very satisfied!

I had my fuse box replaced by the De Jong 3 years ago, good work was done there. Last week I finally had my 3 phase connected by Stedin, with the comment that 3 phase is not distributed correctly. Since I don't know anything about it, I contacted them and after exchanging some photos I received a very clear explanation of how the distribution works and this was easy for a layman to follow. Distribution was as it should be. Good service to take a look at this for us after 3 years and explain how everything works, as it should be. Too bad for Stedin, that's for sure.

Uninterested technician replaced fuse box in April 24 (as part of new solar panels at Energiewonen). Request to install one additional earth leakage circuit breaker (for a fee) not carried out. Reason: no time, but the technician arrived way too early, so it was unbelievable. Later (after a lot of hassle) everything could be changed afterwards, but in terms of costs it was no longer acceptable. In short: don't expect service from De Jong.
