Our newly built house is equipped with electricity and solar panels by HET elektra as a subcontractor of vd Ven Bouw from Veghel. Waste wire in the toilet, solar panels not properly connected, blue boxes made so crooked that our sockets are works of art in themselves. Worthless. The communication with HET is also excellent, so there will be a reason for the lack of quality. It is unimaginable that vd Ven does business with this electrical contractor, there will be better companies in Maashorst.

As a subcontractor of roscobouw with Herlings to perform the electrical installation work. On paper, everything seemed well prepared. Lighting plan, additional electricity for a gas-free home. Unfortunately, company herlings is of the old-fashioned type. Hide as much as can be in the wall boxes. Screws, electrical pipes, waste, hide in boxes and throw away under the ceiling. No passion for your project. Not involved. Bad preparation. No consultation with other subcontractors such as plumber, installer and main contractor. We opted for a gasless house with a Nibe F2120 heat pump, however, despite the installer's promise, there was no consultation with an electrician. So many connections and preparation forgotten. After delivery, we had to wait more than months for the correct connection of three-phase power. Modern UTP connections not finished and not tested. Various excuses not to finish. After delivery, UTP and electricity will be tested by an external party. And then it turns out that many cables and electricity are not connected correctly. During construction try to hide various alternative and incorrect power connection under the screed. My advice, don't do business with this company. They come from a time of housing law building houses. And have no personal interest in your project. After delivery of the house and after payment of the last installment, only beautiful promises follow, but that's about it. Herlings Electro Techniek has installed a security installation in our house. We are very satisfied with this company. They listen very carefully to your needs and come up with an excellent customized solution. The service is also top-notch.

Our fire alarm in the attic went off and should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. This took 2 minutes of work. Asked in advance how expensive it would be but couldn't be told this. Because it was urgent (we wouldn't be able to sleep with it) let it go through anyway. Afterwards an invoice of €109.00(!) was received. If we had known this we would never have done business with this company. Does not equate to service. Then called to discuss this, but never called back. Only contact by mail which is also reproachful towards us. An apology would have been in order. No more Herlings for us!

Herlings makes the mistake of switching between projects, but does not consult with the mechanics. Then you couldn't make it to the project because it's 2x as far as the others, then they flick you out again without mercy. While the fault lies in the office.
