Needed my shower fixed today. Ravino was the plumber that came in to look at it, he was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient with his work. 5 stars to Ravino, and consequentially Zegwaard.

Horrible and terrifying experience! When the lady made an appointment with me on the phone for this afternoon from 12pm to 5pm, she was very impatient and insisted rudely that it was the only possible time they had, so I accepted this appointment. This morning, the guy called me at 9:30am, and I was at work so not at home. The guy said that he was at my place already, and knowing that I was not there, this guy got very very angry and sweared and intimidated me on the phone, shouting aggressively saying things like “I am Dutch, you don’t even speak Dutch” and other swearing words, and some words I don’t understand in Dutch. I kept asking him to make sure that our appointment was supposed to be in the afternoon, and he said “Yes, but since I already arrived here this morning, I called you, but you *** ARE NOT HOME! SO I HAVE TO COME AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON” (shouting). I feel not safe at all with his irrational anger and very racist and discriminating behaviour towards expats.

After having some scammer come to fix my blockage who wanted to charge between EUR300-EUR600 excl. BTW!!!, remove my toilet and likely do a very poor job given he was also clearly stoned; I contacted Zegwaard. Person on the phone was professional and immediately planned it in for the following day as I told him it was not an emergency. Very pleasant young man turned up well on time and asked if I had a crawl space, which I did. He accessed the drain from there and immediately got to work. 20 meters of hose later, he had cleared the problem. Everything was back to better than it had been in years - all in less than 30 minutes! No removing my toilet, no ridiculous price, just honest work for a great price! I cannot recommend Zegwaard more highly! I want to say a HUGE thanks to Giovanni and the team at Zegwaard!

Great service from Zegwaard, very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and tidy. Everything was explained perfectly in English and I was able to take photos of the drain camera to give to the VvE to try to persuade them to replace the very old pipes. I was given advice on how to avoid blockages in the future, and I now understand how our sewerage systems works. Much more than I was expecting! Highly recommended.
