Annoying company that sends unwanted mail, even though I clearly stated that I don't want it!

Had 2 bad experiences with this company. Would like to warn others about this. During work they damage other people's things and if you talk to them about it they don't know anything about it. TIP: If you have them carry out work, stay with them so that you can prove it.

Unfortunately, I ended up with this company through Vattenfall. The consultant did visit on relatively short notice but misjudged the situation. I was also told that the insulation installation would be completed within eight weeks of the meeting. These were also false promises, of course. Initially, the contractor would contact me within 20 business days. Unfortunately, this didn't happen, and I followed up after the 21st business day. As the work day approached, I received a letter in the mail stating that the sidewalk would be dug up to replace the gas line. I then called the contractor and told them that parking would be difficult. They told me not to worry and that the work could proceed as planned. On the day of the work, I received a call from the man who was supposed to install the insulation, saying he couldn't park and therefore couldn't install the insulation due to construction work. I had to work from home for a day because of this and had to reschedule my office appointments. I called, slightly irritated, and the work appointment was postponed by a few weeks. By then, those eight weeks had long since passed. During the second attempt, the man who was supposed to install the insulation said he couldn't carry out the work because the consultant hadn't noticed certain things. So, this time, too, it was a failure. Furthermore, there were conflicting stories between the consultant and the contractor about the type of insulation material and the installation of the air vents. All in all, a terrible situation. When I spoke with Takkenkamp about canceling the appointment, they barely managed an apology. My recommendation: Stay away from this company! I don't understand why Vattenfall chooses them as a partner. One star for the contractor for their helpful advice!

So far it has been very difficult to make an appointment with their schedule after I have given the order. Planning would call me within 15 days, it was stated in the contract. After calling for a month, they said they would call back. After a week of not hearing anything, I called again and found that the planner was not present again, when a planner from another branch finally made an appointment. All in all, not really a beauty prize.
