As private individuals, we were shown the door of many suppliers/producers of tempered glass windows. Kik keeps its doors wide open for private individuals who want to do the job themselves. A clear webshop and excellent customer service. Before we placed an order, we had doubts about our existing situation or whether it would cause problems. Ultimately we received a clear response that everything should go well. The delivery was as expected. Because it was a small casement window, it was well packed in a wooden crate that came with the courier. Upon delivery there was some confusion due to the sticker on the glass. The sticker with text 'outside' was oriented inwards. After contact, it turned out not to be about the glass package, but about the specific glass plate in relation to the (soft) HR coating. Assembly was easy. In the beginning it was a bit of a puzzle whether the hinges could be adjusted or not. Adjustment was necessary so that the seam is the same all around and the closure on the draft rubbers is perfect.

Good answers to questions. Neat delivery. The Tilt and Turn window ordered fully meets expectations. Dimensions were completely correct. The new window fitted perfectly into our old frame. Clear instructions on how to assemble. Incl. mounting material and even a screw bit. Of course, make sure you supply any sealant yourself. Delivery time will be clearly communicated via email. In our case, removing the old window was the biggest job.
