Excellent contact and execution during the installation of 12 panels in 2015. Unfortunately, they fail to provide the agreed warranty. Inverter broke down. According to Imholz, the supplier was bankrupt, so I had to pay extra. Moisture problems in the panels, causing the installation to fail in 2022. No solution after two years. I chose another installer and took my loss for granted. Below is Imholz's response. I don't think anyone in their right mind would put a high-pressure cleaner on their panels. Of course not me either. This is therefore a lie by Imholz to get out of the agreed guarantee come. A base and worthless quality from the owner.

Solar panels from Imholz since 2017 to our complete satisfaction. We have now moved and today Imholz installed solar panels on our new home. Both Marco and his colleague work calmly and neatly. In addition, helped with installing the app and explained everything, both the app and the installation in the meter cupboard. Thanks for the good service!

Zwaar teleurstellend, afspraken worden niet nagekomen maar dat ligt niet aan Imholz zelf uiteraard. Wordt niet naar een oplossing gekeken. Erg jammer, zwaar teleurgesteld. Het eerste contact leek veelbelovend.

Review adjusted following Imholz's incorrect response: Very disappointing, agreements are not kept, but this is of course not the fault of Imholz himself. After an initial promising contact, we had an appointment between 10 and 11. Called at 11:15, it turned out that he arrived 45 minutes earlier than agreed when we took the children away for our appointment. We were back home at 9:30 am. Waiting in vain. By the way, there are a lot of cars in front of the door as there are only public parking spaces, he probably wasn't there or was somewhere else, because no one at the door registered my bell. During the telephone conversation that followed, we had a very unpleasant feeling, it was actually our fault that he arrived earlier. But if he had indicated a different time range it would not have mattered and we would have organized it. After a short "I don't feel like coming anymore" they hung up. I was really impressed by what happened and thought I would send an email, after all, you can't have your day... No response received, hence this review. If you imagine that after posting it turns out that there is something wrong, then it will not be taken into account. No solution is being considered. The first contacts seemed promising, very unfortunate and very disappointed, but perhaps it was better that we did not do business with each other.
