After purchasing our house, a number of things had to be replaced or newly installed, such as: replacing the central heating boiler, replacing the meter cupboard (including the module for electrically charging the car), installing a cooking group and installing solar panels. We had this work carried out in phases by P.Jansen Installation Technology. After a knowledgeable person first came to our home to examine the situation and provide advice, we received the quotes at home. These were very clear and I could always contact this company with questions. Finally have the work carried out. I am very satisfied with the staff. These were very helpful and polite to us. I can therefore recommend P.Jansen to have work done. You can then be sure that it will be done properly and by certified staff. Keep it up!!!

Today my clog really broke. A few weeks ago I received a card in the mailbox stating that a technician would come today between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to perform maintenance on the boiler. Fine, I stayed home specifically for that. At 1:40 PM I received a notification from my camera at the front door. I didn't see this until ten minutes later. In the images I saw a Jansen employee stuff something into my letterbox (which of course did not fit). When I walked outside, there were two filters hanging out of the mailbox. Jansen's van was parked across the street from my house with the person who pushed the filters into my van in it. When I told him what the intention was, he walked towards me. He told me to change those filters myself because he doesn't have time. Mind you, it was 1:50 PM and someone was coming between 13 and 17. So the best man had barely been working for an hour and had already decided that he doesn't have time. Why then are people asked to stay home for "maintenance"? I asked him as kindly as possible to do it himself. After all, that is his job and what has also been announced. In addition, an employee never bothered to explain to me how replacing the filters works and where they are located. He did it with great reluctance. The boiler gave a message to "filter". He pretended not to see it and pointed it out to him. Then he said he doesn't know how he'll get there. After pressing a few buttons, the message disappeared. In short, a special experience and especially frustrating. Not sure what is meant by "maintenance". Because apart from changing filters, nothing else has been looked at.

For weeks, the central heating has been shutting down and displaying an error code. Last week, the technician came: He didn't diagnose anything, but installed a new part that supposedly solved the problem. It didn't, and it only got worse. Another technician was supposed to come this afternoon. They don't know what time. The afternoon is already half over, but there's nothing for it but to wait for someone to show up. Another half day wasted.

Worthless company! The technician came by on Tuesday morning for the biannual maintenance of my boiler. It appears there is a gas leak! Technician shut that thing down and then they don't hear from them anymore. I called them on Wednesday afternoon and the part had not arrived. Ordered on Tuesday morning, they said. They would keep me informed. Then heard nothing from them again. It is now Thursday and my boiler has not yet been fixed! They don't care if you can't freshen up and have to go to work stinking like a polecat. It doesn't bother them anyway. They cannot earn anything from a customer of the housing association, so it is unimportant. Just stay smelly and sit in the cold, that's the motto, it seems. No hot water for 3 days now!! The word service does not appear in their dictionary.
