We had a problem with the faucet and our hot water heater in our chalet. He couldn't come right away because he had so many appointments, but he squeezed us in over the next few days and did a great job. He speaks good German and is very friendly. He's now our number one plumber. Thanks again.

North Beveland 28-1-2021 I would like to share my displeasure and anger with you. A client I worked with this afternoon (a lady in her eighties) had problems with the sound of her TV and a connected soundbar that did not work. Because she herself has no knowledge of this matter, Mrs. had an appointment with R.Z. installation from Colijnsplaat that came to her this afternoon to see what could be wrong. He was fiddling with the remote and poking around at the T.V. setting. and furthermore he took no action, such as checking the connections behind the TV. He asked her how old the TV was, she said 8 years old and according to him that was already very old and the soundbar was broken and nothing could be done about it. He then made a proposal to the lady for a new TV and Soundbar for only 1000 euros, which was a good deal according to the man and the lady had to take a look, if the sound did not improve after a few days, she could always come back on the offer, so he left. When he was gone I asked the lady if I could take a look at it. I moved the T.V cabinet forward (which he didn't do by the way) to get better access and looked at the connection and saw that the soundbar plug was not properly plugged in. After turning on the soundbar again, it just worked. The lady was very happy that everything was working again and I was indignant about the actions of R.Z.'s husband. installations. In this way I would like to draw people's attention to the fact that R.Z. got rid of it very easily, easily earned, it makes me angry that the elderly are abused in this way.
