Saturday suddenly a leak: water dripped but quickly flowed from the boiler. Not nice so close to all kinds of appointments and the next morning departure to France. Well; a leak is never nice?! Desperately I called the office of Wahlen & Jonkind. It is Saturday so I have an answering machine - but I could leave a message. At that time it was not yet clear whether I would also be helped ... Within ten minutes I was called back by Joachim who was there within ten minutes and had found and solved the problem within fifteen minutes. This was a super service - in all respects: fast, friendly and adequate - for which my great thanks and appreciation.

Very customer unfriendly company. Are willing to sell something. If there are problems later, the company is unwilling to help existing customers. Only if a mandatory maintenance contract has been concluded. Addition in response to response It is indeed correct that a maintenance contract has been offered. However, the fact that it is mandatory does sound like tying. It seems normal to me that as a customer you can choose this form or simply pay the bill when you ask for support. I also understand that no service is provided to people who have not purchased the products from you. However, I continue to find it extremely customer unfriendly that you deliver the products and then do not want to help the customer if a problem arises.

Reported a malfunction by telephone today at 3:30 PM. At 04:00 PM I welcomed breakdown engineer Thomas. Thomas has been active in the industry for 30 years. The source of the malfunction was found very quickly. Then replace part (already brought 2 different ones), test and you're done. Excellent service. Well helped. I have a disruption contract.
