My experiences with Wouda are very variable. Just as variable as the reviews that can be read here, ranging from super positive to deeply sad... In the beginning, problems with a CV boiler in a business premises were adequately addressed. Later we had the system adjusted and then the problems started... During follow-up research we were not completely satisfied and called about it several times. Each time we were promised a call back that was not kept. Of course we did receive an invoice. We politely informed the administration lady that we were not completely satisfied and were still waiting for the call. She immediately took action and she too was told that we would be called... you guessed it... that did not happen. After several times of contact with the nice lady from the administration, she ensured that we were finally called to schedule a 2nd follow-up investigation regarding our complaint. Unfortunately, that did not go satisfactorily either and we asked if we could come by to discuss the matter. The gentleman indicated that he would consult with his colleagues and would call back the next day for an appointment. Now, 4 weeks later, we have not heard anything. I am going to send another email with a final request to talk to each other, but I have my doubts. We also have an alarm system in a business center managed by Wouda. Compliments to the men who are responsible for that. It runs smoothly.

FAREWELL AS A CUSTOMER Called company on January 12, 2021. Spoke with a male employee, where I indicated that my kitchen tap, which was supplied by them at the time, was loose and that I wanted it fixed. Of course, an appointment could be made for this on Thursday, January 14. It was stated that call-out costs would be charged. Understandable and not a problem. The appointment was scheduled somewhat late in the afternoon. That day, half an hour before closing time, I contacted them and was greeted kindly by a lady. She called back a little later to say that the technician was not going to make it. We understand this, especially in these Corona times. New appointment scheduled for Friday, January 15 between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Unfortunately no technician, no message. So I called again. Tuesday's male colleague got on the phone again with a confusing story that he was doing 2 things at the same time. Indicated what was going on and informed that I was withdrawing the assignment. I promptly received a call back a few minutes later from the same person saying that he could see that the mechanic was on his way in the car!!!!!! Things turned out differently because of Corona???? (coincidence or not). I'll wait. Everyone was surprised when, less than 5 minutes later, I received another call from this man saying that the technician was busy elsewhere and would come to see what was going on and would then order materials and come back later. Now it happens that in the first conversation on January 12 I had indicated that only one or two sealing rings needed to be installed to secure the tap because they were worn out. I just canceled the assignment. My conclusion: I'll leave that out.

We had a leak over the weekend. It was resolved quickly. We were told we could expect a bill of approximately €95. The technician spent about 15 minutes installing a compression fitting. We received a bill of €174 (!). After calling, we were told there was a call-out fee, plus the time he was on the road (which is double the profit). It's understandable that we were charged twice over the weekend, but I don't think double the cost is right. It's a real shame. We won't do business this way again.
