Had service on the central heating on Friday. But the same evening I discovered that the hot water was flowing a lot slower from all the taps. It wasn't extremely bad enough to not have to tolerate a weekend, but not be able to shower properly for 2 days. Then I tried to call yesterday (Monday) and got no answer. Email sent, no response. So today I called the emergency line again and finally after an hour someone called me back to hear that according to them it was not hasty enough and would have to wait until January 6. Because according to her, the problem was not with maintenance and she did not know what it was. But there was no rush. Yes, I received a very nice apology that we cannot help you. That really doesn't help me much at the moment. And if I had known this beforehand, I would have arranged another company for the CV. Because I think it is unacceptable to have to wait half a month for a problem that did not exist before the maintenance. Fortunately, I have not yet been able to conclude a service contract with them. Because they only wanted to do that after the first maintenance. But because of this hassle I can't go anywhere now. Have a nice start to the first day of Christmas, and to start the new year! Edit: Another company came by for a checkup to enter into a service contract. And we discovered that this company, which installed the CV in 2019, did not comply with the safety regulations when installing the CV. They installed the wrong pipe for the air supply, which is no longer allowed since 2016 because if something goes wrong, carbon monoxide can cause poisoning. During central heating maintenance, nothing was even said about it and they should not have even placed a sticker on it. I think this is a very bad situation. And I was quite shocked by it.

We found the Drunense Installateurs via Google, after a not so good experience in terms of communication with another plumber we decided to go for this company. And with success. Communication was very fast (via email and telephone), and our toilets were also installed quickly. Agreements were kept correctly and even when we let us know that the toilet installation was not level, they immediately came back to fix it. Very nice men who work professionally, and we have had good contact with Serge, the owner of DDI. In short: this is the place to be if you are looking for a plumber!

Two workers arrived. They inspected the gutters and said, "We'll fix that when it's dry." Then they inspected the kitchen faucet and loosened it a bit. They said they would look for parts. After that, I heard nothing for seven weeks. I couldn't get in touch either (by phone or email). After seven weeks, he called to say he couldn't get any parts. I explained that I'd had to wait too long, couldn't reach anyone, and that I'd hired someone else in the meantime (I'd already emailed them). Then I received a bill for €119 (one hour's work plus a call-out fee). I understand the call-out fee, but one hour's work? Thanks for nothing! No more installers from Drunen for us.

Poor insight service done on a 1 year old boiler they are right but replaced a gasket set a bit unnecessary, a boiler that has been newly installed needs service every year so not after a year. Called the office to ask how that works got the answer that the boiler was built in 2021 so the gasket needs to be replaced but it was only hung up on me in 2023 a bit strange the man in the office was quite arrogant he himself said service every year so 2025 would have been fine I just hung up because I was not right anyway luckily I have not paid yet worthless just very disappointed in this company
