I called this company for the first maintenance appointment for my two-year-old boiler. They refused because I didn't buy it from them. Whether that's a (legally) valid argument, I won't comment. When I bought the boiler, I called or emailed every company in Etten-Leur except one for a quote to replace the old one. None of them could install the boiler I wanted within a month. Some companies only work with their "own" brand, but even that couldn't be done within a month, and in December. I explained this to the person on the other end of the line, but the answer was unwavering: "NOT IN YOUR CASE EITHER" (not unfriendly, by the way). I finally called the original company, and they arrived a day and a half later with the same impeccable customer service as two years ago. I assume this company delivers quality, but there's a flaw in their policy.

I have been a customer of this company in my hometown of Breda for 5 years and before that time in Etten-Leur with the Peeters company before merger. (Havikxx) To my surprise, I received a bill for €40.00 on my doorstep because 3 appointments were not kept according to this company. Foreign! This only happened once on Friday September 7. I specifically stated that I will not be home between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The company simply comes by at 8 a.m. and puts a card in the mailbox. After not hearing anything from this company for a month and a half, the owner thought, we will catch that idiot and make it 3 times with a nice gift invoice of €40.00. Can we wake him up that he is going to contact us... They do not understand that this will be counterproductive for the customer if you increase things from 1x to 3x. It is also not possible to make any decisions by telephone. Because you know the right or wrong game. First check your file to see which customer I am before falsely accusing me of missed agreements. I have looked again in my maintenance folder and I do not have a maintenance contract with you. I signed a warranty plan with Remeha which is not actually transferable to another company (says the owner). Sounds like a marriage I entered into with this company for 10 years. No, if our relations are already bad and you don't even understand that I can take my 5-year-old son to primary school on September 7 while I have said emphatically. PLEASE don't come between 8am and 8.30am. keep it up too.

Now a customer of this company for the 5th year. I'm very satisfied with it. They come to check the heat pump once a year. Today the technician came because there was a small leak in a barrel. Great service, the maintenance contract is not expensive, and the people who work there are very nice.

Most BAD service company ever! After 6 years of maintenance of my heat pump with lousy maintenance from this company, I was able to replace my heat pump for 14,000 euros because they did not even realize that no fewer than 9 glands were torn, that condensation on the pipes would be very normal, that a high beep and a very low hum would be the most normal thing in the world. and that all insulation tape should be replaced every year. IF THAT IS GOOD SERVICE.. then I will eat my shoe today. I still had an open bill with them because I refused to pay it and after the confrontation that I had to purchase a new heat pump due to their poor maintenance, I suddenly no longer had an outstanding bill and you no longer hear from them. so people with a very fat wallet should be sure about their maintenance. In my opinion, a company that is not allowed to top up the source of the pump and cannot install it itself is not a company that should specialize in heat pumps that cost a fortune.

Peeters & ten Kley, finally came to do something about the ticking of my boiler. As friendly as I am I offered the mechanic something to drink to which the mechanic said after the repair "so I'm done with the boiler, shall I take off my pants here or where do you want it" and he loosened his belt. Of course I said that I didn't appreciate this. So I am totally not happy with the way this mechanic treated me. Uncomfortable towards customers yuck yuck! As a single woman I will not let mechanics from this company in anymore!
