22-02-2025: Excellent, thorough maintenance of the central heating system. The technician (Armando?) neatly called to say he would be late. It had to be replaced preventively. Also various. measurements to approve the installation. This has never been done during maintenance in the past, because I think the requirements have become stricter. There was quite a lot of administrative work involved! The mechanic gave a lot of explanation, also because I was interested. The only thing I want to say is that the planning does not always go well. A few years ago I went to Havelaar to arrange maintenance because we heard nothing anymore. What turned out? We were no longer in "the planning"!. At the previous appointment, the technician was ill and I was supposed to be called for a new appointment, but I ultimately had to call for that myself. This appointment for today went well.

The most expensive installer in the area and the service and communication is also very bad!!! 26-1-2025 Dear Havelaar, you respond with that I can email/call about this bad communication and service. But that email has been with you for weeks and I have not yet received a decent response/answer. Which only confirms the bad communication and service that you use. So if you want to contact us about this, it might be useful and polite to still respond to that email!!!

A skilled technician who neatly carried out the regular maintenance on the boiler. Additional work was also required to correctly and securely attach the pipework to the wall (according to the established requirements). The only downside was that there was almost a two-month gap between the two appointments, and I had to call to schedule the second appointment myself. But above all, I'm satisfied with the service and the excellent technician!

Just simply do not do business with them, bunch of scammers!! They really spent 5 minutes checking a fault, they read the error code from the internet which I had already done myself. The proposal was then a new printed circuit board at 300 euros, but without any guarantee that the boiler would work again. Also no refund possible if this were the case. What kind of service is this? Without any guarantee?? Then I requested a quote for a new boiler, but this turned out to be 1400 euros more expensive compared to another company in the area. In short, I chose another case, but then we received a bill of over 100 euros with an internal comment on the invoice, "customer chooses someone else?" and that for 5 minutes of "work". I called anyway, but an arrogant salesperson told me that I did not know what a mechanic cost. Really, this is the last time this company will take a step in my path. Worthless service. Advice never do business with them, they are not even worth the 1 star rating.
