Hiring Greenhill Solutions for the installation of a hybrid heat pump system turned out to be a rollercoaster of experiences, with both positive and negative aspects determining my overall satisfaction. One of the biggest challenges I faced was a leakage problem after installation. Initially, the company responded quickly and sent a team to inspect the roof. However, despite their efforts, the cause of the problem remained unresolved. Frustrated by the delay in getting an appointment – more than two weeks had passed since the initial report – I took it upon myself to repair the leak to prevent further damage. What added to the disappointment was the subsequent receipt of an invoice for almost €500 for an issue that was not my fault. After I disputed the charges and agreed not to pay, to my surprise I received the same invoice again a month later, but in the end I was not obligated to pay. Another point of contention arose over the return of two items totaling €265, with communication about this abruptly halted, leaving me in the dark. Ultimately resolved with the intervention of a third party. Additionally, attempts to obtain an account to access the heat pump's online interface were frustratingly delayed. However, after months of waiting, I finally received an account, although the initial delay and lack of communication affected my perception of their commitment to customer satisfaction. There has also been a persistent problem since installation: the check valves have been producing a noticeable rattling sound since day one. This disturbing noise, audible during the day but also at night, has added a new layer of dissatisfaction to my overall experience with the company. After highlighting this issue again when addressing my account issue, there has been acknowledgment from their side but no resolution yet. It has been stated that they will discuss this internally, and I expect a proactive approach to resolve this ongoing issue. Update: Regarding the persistent rattling noise from the check valves, Greenhill Solutions has attempted to address the problem by installing pipe insulation around the check valves and taping them to reduce noise leakage. Although this intervention provided some relief, it could not completely eliminate the noise. To completely solve the problem I had to take matters into my own hands by purchasing proper insulation boards and placing them against the door as well as other measures. This silenced the noise, although at the cost of making the door difficult to close. Unfortunately, this solution feels like treating the symptoms rather than effectively addressing the main problem. On the positive side, Greenhill Solutions' communication has improved, which is a step in the right direction. However, improvements in a more efficient post-installation problem resolution process are necessary to increase customer satisfaction.

Hello Arut, I am in the process of calling a company to replace the compressor of the heat pump. I hope to have an answer from them tomorrow about when they will come and repair the heat pump

I have very good experiences with Greenhill Solutions B.V. I was already interested in a Swedish heat pump, and in terms of price and quality this was the best. I have done research into this myself. We have had an ES 12kw (EnergieSave) heat pump installed. And from start to finish, perfectly supervised by “Bart”, the representative. (Definitely not a fast seller!!) Came up with excellent solutions to make the installation work PERFECTLY. “It remains a renovation project in a 1970s home” And also compliments for the 2 mechanics!! They work hard with respect for your home!! Price. -excellent! Quality. -excellent! Installation. -excellent! Service. -excellent! Actually everything -excellent!

From the moment we arrived at Greenhill we had only good experiences. The chimney in advance, the process towards placing and the installation went very carefully. The contact moments went as desired and the skilled and meticulous technicians did a great job. Even when some settings turned out not to work after installation, time was made available to come from Limburg to get everything working properly. In short, we are very satisfied!

In June 2023, Greenhill installed a heat pump installation from ES. Almost a year later and more than satisfied. We were well advised from start to finish and thanks to Greenhill's flexibility, (more luxurious) adjustments were gradually purchased to our liking. The operation of the installation was not entirely in order, it had to do with heating, which we had not used in the summer months, but it was repaired quickly and efficiently after a telephone call. In short, the consultation, guidance, installation, support and after-sales were carried out well and to our satisfaction. We can certainly recommend the team at Greenhill if you are considering a heat pump installation.
